Account Supervisor

We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive who enjoys a fast-paced workplace. As an integral member of our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborating with team members, managing lots of tasks, and building strong client relationships. This person will be dedicated to one large enterprise technology client, and will manage multiple relationships within this account.


  • 6+ years of agency experience with B2B enterprise clients in the tech industry
  • Proven experience managing clients and key stakeholders, including internal teams, agency partners, and external vendors
  • Exceptional skills in multitasking, time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Extremely detail-oriented and can manage many tasks at once
  • Has an uncanny eye and the ability to spot a typo or a grammatical error from a mile away
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented — has the attitude, “I will find a way!” when confronted with an obstacle

  • You are the day-to-day client liaison
  • Learn the client’s business and serve as a consultative partner for their marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships within one large enterprise client
  • Assist in the development of Scopes of Work
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of client marketing activity
  • Proofread copy and other media for accuracy
  • Ensure client deadlines are met
  • Schedule, conduct, and participate in client meetings
  • Manage, organize, and share detailed notes from meetings
  • Manage and facilitate client communications and ensure internal teams are in the loop
  • Make actionable and insightful recommendations for new approaches for clients
  • Keep projects on time and within budget
  • Be the financial liaison between the agency and the client, providing the following services: budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, and tracking
  • Develop campaign status reports – weekly, monthly, yearly, and on an ad-hoc basis
