Overview

Denver International Airport is one of the world's busiest airports, connecting millions of travelers each year through an experience designed to reflect the energy, culture, and spirit of Colorado. As Agency of Record, we partnered with DEN to create a brand experience that made the airport as memorable as the destination itself. With campaigns ranging from parking and holiday activations to operational initiatives and year-round brand marketing, the challenge wasn't creating individual campaigns—it was making every traveler touchpoint feel unmistakably DEN.

Strategic Execution

Through an integrated approach spanning strategy, creative, and media, we developed a cohesive campaign ecosystem that connected every initiative under one brand vision. Across video, digital, social, print, radio, and on-site experiences, each campaign served a unique purpose while reinforcing a consistent identity—transforming everyday interactions into memorable moments and elevating the traveler experience.

Holiday Campaign

To celebrate DEN as a place of human connection during the season of giving, we anchored the campaign in a heartwarming video centered on kindness and shared moments. The story extended across festive signage, social and digital content, and interactive photo installations including a snow globe and airplane seating vignette, creating an immersive in-airport experience that made the terminal feel like part of the holiday itself.

Evergreen Campaign

Built around the idea that there's an unmistakable "it" factor at DEN, this platform gave the airport a bold, confident voice it could own year-round. Flexible enough to stretch across dining, shopping, art, and global connections, the "it" language became an adaptable system that showed up consistently across signage, social, and digital, reinforcing the full breadth of what DEN offers every single day.

Parking Campaign

Rather than treating parking as an afterthought, we reframed it as the official start of every journey. A striking top-down parking lot visual paired with personalized lines like "Your weekend getaway started here" transformed a functional moment into an emotionally resonant one. Illustrated bus wraps connected the airport experience to Denver's outdoor lifestyle and culture, while supporting radio, digital, and social content extended the message beyond the lot.

To support DEN's internal cleanliness initiative, we developed a bright, playful campaign that made cleanliness feel like something worth rallying around. Built on a bold bar-of-soap visual and pun-driven copy, the work engaged both airport staff and travelers through signage, social, and digital displays, building shared ownership and shifting perception around DEN's commitment to a better airport experience.
